The Infinity MT1000 is a fully jacketed, temperature-controlled melting tank designed for large-scale chocolate and fat-based product processing. With a 1,000 kg capacity, the MT1000 provides the thermal stability, build quality, and hygienic design required for continuous, industrial-level production.

Precise digital temperature control and constant agitation ensure your chocolate remains uniformly heated and ready for downstream use in tempering systems, moulding lines, enrobing lines, depositing equipment, and batch production.
