Selling our McIntyre Refiner Conche which we have used for Chocolate production making chocolate from scratch. This universal machine is able to pre-refine, grind and conch at the same time and produces a great chocolate, paste or spreadable cream below 20 micron.
The grinding bars have been replaced 2 years ago and it comes with a set of lining bars.
