This set consists of 3 items - a large conveyorised fryer, a cooling conveyor and a small de-stoner unit. Includes a set of spare parts such as trays, chutes, hoppers, funnels, clamps and piping.
Item #1: Fryer Conveyor
This unit features a hopper that feeds into a conveyor. It has a large enclosed chamber that can be lifted up. The control box for this unit has simple on/off switches for operation of the fryer conveyor, cooling conveyor, and temperature controls.
