Complete PET/rPET bottling and filling line currently in production and can be seen running until July 2025.
Line includes:
Schlenker Rotary Filler - 24 Filler heads and 8 capping heads, currently operating at 4,000 bottles per hour filling 600ml PET bottles. Filler has been set up to accomodate 350ml, 600ml and 1L bottles. Filler also includes 2 cap shutes capable of flat caps and sports caps, and dosing unit allowing addition of additives to the bottles while filling. This model of filler is also capable of filling glass bottles with some alterations being a base supported filler.
Robotic Depalletiser capable of depalletising bottles and removing layer pads, comes with all safety fencing and sensors

Tronics adhesive labeller
Date Coder - inkjet date coding
Dimac Case packer - capable of packing various pack configurations for all bottle sizes using tray and shrink. Note that this case packing is not currently in use on the production line.
Robotic palletiser - capable of applying layer pads between layers
Reco Pak boxing machine - currently stand alone (ie not in line) boxing machine
All conveyors connecting each component.
The production line can be seen in production up until July 2025 given notice, afterwhich, this line will be decommissioned to make way for a new production line.
