Supplied with smooth wall filter socks or tapered pleated filters (with very large filter area of 126 sq m) to suit your application. Typical fans/ motors are 15 to 22 kw with airflows to 20,000 cubic m per hour
CLEAN-FLOW models are all 'negative pressure' and 'clean air fan' designs. No dirty air passes through our fans and the extraction unit and collection bins are operating at lower pressure than the external pressure- so no dust can escape from the units or connection to the bins.

FHDR1300
The FHDR1300 is breaking through traditional designs to improve the sanding process. Sanding of profiled or flat pieces is no longer a problem for manufacturing facilities. With the ability to sand pieces as wide as 51" and as short as 18" no other brush sander can compare.
Equipped with Siemens MCGS control systems with and a multi-touch display screen, the operation of the FHDR1300 is as simple as operating a smartphone. With the ability to store settings for different applications, you are guaranteed the same results every time.
The first section has four counter rotating sanding hubs traveling across the working piece. The second station offers two rows of stationary cup heads that sand the raised areas of the working piece, while simultaneously sanding lower profiles and details. The third and final station offers two counter rotating linear sanding heads. Hitting the leading and trailing edge leaving a consistent overall finish.
