The Focaseiki Auto Pallet Changer with Zero-Point System is a solution for high-volume production, designed to significantly reduce machine setup and non-productive times. Its precise clamping system allows for quick and repeatable pallet changes, enabling users to achieve maximum machine uptime and profitability.

Zero-Point Clampers: The system uses a zero-point clamping technology that allows for fast, precise, and repeatable pallet changes with a repeatability of 0.014 mm. This eliminates manual alignment and measuring, drastically reducing setup times.

Multiple Pallet Capacity: It comes standard with six 390mm x 390mm pallets, with options to increase capacity to eight or twelve pallets for smaller workpiece sizes.

High Rigidity and Clamping Force: The clamping system ensures a secure, vibration-proof connection with high pull-in and holding force, providing exceptional rigidity to withstand demanding cutting operations.
