This product has been designed to enable your selected Kangastop to be installed on the two most common types of conveyors currently supplied in the Australian market.
The first conveyor type is the steel C-section design frame - STEEL.
The second type of conveyor has the extruded aluminium frame - ALUMINIUM.
The connection plates bolt to either the top or side of the conveyor depending on the conveyor type. This kit has two standard connection plates.
The kit also comes with one extended length connection plate which is used under the HMI end of the machine where most of the weight from the motor and the associated components is located.
Both bracket types will provide sufficient clearance to mount the Kangastop while not fouling existing rollers.
The conveyor connection brackets are manufactured from extruded 6.0mm aluminium and have all the holes and slots to attach the Kangastop.
This kit includes:
1 only long mounting plate
2 only standard mounting plates
3 only adjustable legs to support the Kangastop and allow for fine adjustment.
All associated stainless fixings to attach the brackets to the existing conveyor.
All M8 plugs and galvanised hex head screws to secure the support legs.
A detailed set of instructions to install.
All fixings are stainless steel.
