This custom-built spray booth setup is designed to fit your workspace perfectly. The make and model are not applicable as each area is fully custom made. The system can be sold as a complete package or individual components, making it flexible to suit your workshop or location.
Lighting Room
Lighting room measures 6 metres wide by 9 metres long. Designed for optimal illumination and comfort during prep and finishing tasks.
Prep Bay
Prep bay measures 10 metres wide by 9 metres long with filtered ducted system for efficient air movement and dust control. Rear ducts behind the main body are 2 metres wide by 1 metre long each. Side duct on the main body measures 2 metres wide by 1 metre long. The prep bay can be customised by adding or removing sheets held with rivets to suit your shop layout.
Spray Booth
Spray booth measures 4.5 metres wide by 8 metres long with down draft airflow and electric operation. Designed for a clean and controlled spraying environment.
Mixing Room
Mixing room measures 3 metres wide by 6 metres long. Perfect for safe and efficient preparation of paints and coatings.
Customisation and Flexibility
The system is designed to be modular. Components can be removed or added to suit your shop or location. Sheets are held by rivets, allowing for easy adjustment and relocation.
Pricing
Complete setup including lights available for $20,000 plus GST. Please note this price is for uninstalled items. Removal and delivery can be arranged, with costs to be advised based on location.
Booth and mixing room only available for $14,000 plus GST, uninstalled
Prep bay only available for $8,500 plus GST
Lighting room only available for $9,000 plus GST
