SPECIAL FEATURES
Maximum throughput is one of the main features of this machine. The material is fed via a scraper floor and a feed roller, which are controlled by an electro-hydraulic system depending on the load. In this way, the engine power is continuously used optimally. The scraper floor and feed roller are driven separately, which improves the intake and straightening of the material.

Another guarantee for the high performance of the AK 565 is the adapted main drive, which not only meets the latest emission level V, but also has a consistently higher torque (plus 140 Nm) than the previous model. The heart of the machine is the heavy belt-driven flail drum, which rotates at 1,000 rpm and is equipped with the high-quality flail tips Plus as standard.

The universally applicable Doppstadt AK 565 can be used for a very wide range of materials, such as green waste, garden and park waste, organic waste, pre-shredded logs and roots, old wood and wooden pallets. For special applications, the AK fine shredders can be ideally combined with other Doppstadt products - e.g. with pre-shredders or screening machines.

The lowerable rear conveyor belt, the high diagnostic capability and the easy exchangeability of the components ensure a high level of ease of maintenance. The improved fire protection and more effective cooling control ensure optimized operation with maximum operational reliability.
