The DM 1100K, has been designed for the removal of slag on steel components, that have been caused by the Plasma and Oxy-cutting process.
In standard format, the DM unit has a variable speed through feed conveyor, this raises and lowers by hand to accommodate various thickness of material. The variable speed design, allows for refinement and fine tuning, depending on how aggressive the slag may, or may not be on the parts.
The high grip conveyor material combines with a 400mm wide magnetic section, allowing small parts to be secured not only magnetiy, but in conjunction with the pressure roller systems, as the de-slagging operation is conducted, giving way to an almost unlimited range of shapes and sizes that can be passed through the unit.
