This is used drying/dehumidifying container that we trialled for a metal oxide product we were producing before we realised the drying occured better without the encouragement of heat.
The container is setup currently with the dryer/dehumidifier inside the container which does work (we wanted it this way for portability) but for those in a static application it will actually work ever better if the dehumidifier is located outside the container.
Unit specs:
- Model: HRD07T
- Dehumidification capacity: approx 30kg/hr
- Max temp: approx 90deg c
- Input power: 9.5kw (we have fitted a 3 phase 32amp plug)
- Air volume: 6,000 m3/hr
Unit has been used for around 300hrs so it is still basically brand new and the whole system (including container) cost a bit over 25k USD when purchased in 2020.
I have operating manuals and a great relationship with the manufacturer should there be any operational questions.
