Sander that allows for performing up to 6 different types of machining
The LBK150 ST1 sanding machine is composed of 3 working stations that allow it to perform up to 6 different machining operations. Combined sander with multiple processes, oscillating abrasive belt and adjustable abrasive wheel unit
in line with the pad. Mechanical independent oscillation with an excursion of 20mm.
The group complete sanding machine is electrically adjusted in height to exploit the entire sanding belt.
Series complete with abrasive rollers with diameters of 25/30/35/40/45/50 mm. The machine is equipped
with drive advancement with lower belt and with upper pressure rollers. The driving pulley is rubberized, obtained
helically and perfectly balanced. Solid side worktop tiltable from 0 - 45 ° with horizontal displacement and
worktop on the pad side fixed at 90 °. Micrometric adjustment of the guide inlet on the buffer side to achieve
the desired removal depth. Connection to the centralized suction system with a diameter of 150 mm and an
additional one with a diameter of 100 mm it allows an effective evacuation of dust on each working point.

- The machine is equipped with a belt feeder with pressure rollers on top and variable feed belt speed so all work types can
be optimised and sanded correctly.
- Main sanding side - Sanding belt with pad is in line with one abrasive wheel following after the pad.
- Variable speed of the abrasive belt, ideal for sanding paint or sensitive products.
- Second group is Sanding Coping head with Variable speed wheel supplied by “Flextrim.”
- Second sanding group capable of sanding smaller profile like Aris or Pencil round.
- Complete set of abrasive rollers Ø 25/30/35/40/45/50 mm.
- Rubber driving pulley, helically rifled and perfectly balanced.
- Working table on solid side (Opposite side) tilting from 0 to -45° and working table on veneer side fix to 90°.
- Entrance fence bracket, adjustable micro metrically to determine the depth of material to remove.
- The machine needs just one connection of Ø 150mm and a supplementary connection of 100 mm, to the suction system
and guarantee an efficient evacuation of the dust on all work points.
