The Jade 340 features a monolithic, highly rigid frame built to support a robust sequence of working groups, which typically include:
Pre-milling Unit: Uses jointing cutters to ensure a perfectly straight, chip-free edge before gluing.
Gluing Unit: Includes an interchangeable glue pot and infrared lamp.
End Trimming Unit: Two motors for precise front and back cutting of the edge.
Trimming & Rounding Units: Up and down trimming, followed by a double corner-rounding unit to eliminate sharp edges automatically.
Scraping Units: Includes both a radius-scraping unit and a glue-scraping unit for removing any excess adhesive.
Buffing Units: Cleans and polishes the top and bottom edge finishes.
