FOM FMC 120 Machining Centre uses a unique rotating bed design to allow for machining on 3 faces of your profiles. The 3 +1 controlled axis combined with pneumatic table rotation has been designed to carry out drilling, cutting and milling operations with minimal operator involvement. The automatic tool change, dual stops and oversized spindle provide a machine with high performance in a compact working dimensions.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The FMC 120 consists of a rigid machine bed designed to guarantee great stability and precision during machining operations. The unique design of the machine bed allows machining waste to be collected easily.
Axes movement
The independent axis are controlled by servomotors by means of a high precision, milled recirculating ball screw and preloaded lead screw for the Z axis (vertical) and the Y axis (transversal).
Sliding of the X, Y, Z axes is along high precision linear guides. Movement of the X, Y and Z axes is interpolated.
