Falc TLF Flail Verge Mower

The Falc TLF Flail Verge Mower is designed for tough roadside, verge, and pasture maintenance. It efficiently handles small bushes, branches, grass, and light undergrowth on embankments and alongside canals, ditches, road verges, and grassed areas, delivering a clean, even cut while tackling challenging terrain with ease.

? Reinforced 3 point linkage with Cat 1 & 2 clevis mounting.
? Left hand offset. (Right hand offset is available on request)
? 4mm body plate with replaceable 2.5mm wear and tear sheet.
? 540 rpm PTO standard on 1600 & 2000 models (1000 rpm available by inverting the drive pulleys).
? 1000 rpm PTO only on the 2500 model.
? Drive shaft fitted with a free wheeling clutch and 6 spline, 1 3/8” yoke.
? Side drive is via 5 x SPB ‘V’ belts. ( The TLF 2500 has SPB 3000/5 banded belts as standard).
? Hydraulically operated lateral side shift to 60cm.
? Mechanical breakaway with automatic re-set.
? Hydraulic float system for contour following.
? Flexible coupling joint between gearbox and rotor to absorb shocks and vibrations.
? Lowering speed of the mower head adjustable via hydraulic valve.
? Height control by adjustable rear roller: 0 -125mm.
? 140mm dia. dynamically balanced rotor (10mm wall thickness).
? Special, dual pivoting Boron steel blades.
? Capable of cutting from 90° above horizontal to 70° below.
? Low profile.
? Full CE safety guarding.
