HACO GSX3006 GUILLOTINES

The New HACO Design Hydraulic guillotine shears of the GSX range are driven by top mounted cylinders.
Our long experience in the production of hydraulic guillotine shears guarantees a product of exceptional design and great efficiency.
The fully open rear side provides the operator the possibility of easy removal or adapting different conveying and
stacking systems to the machine.
The all-welded interlocked construction makes the machine virtually indestructible. The GSX shears are well
equipped and have as standard the SC200T Touch Screen Control.

The automatic rake and blade clearance setting on the GSX guillotines are controlled by the SC200T control. We adjust the rake angle on the GSX guillotines by pumping more oil into or releasing oil out of the right cylinder.

To set the blade gap, the SC200T controls 2 hydraulic cylinders which push the ram of the blade gap forward or backwards. The ram is guided between 4 spring loaded bearings.

The rake and clearance are set automatically by entering the material and thickness of the sheet to be cut.

The sheet hold-downs on the GSX guillotine models are hydraulic controlled. The hold-downs use a separate hydraulic circuit with separate pump. A pressure activated switch is used for the right pressure setting. The hold-downs on both sides of the shear are installed closer together to cut small plates

The GSX guillotines come standard with a shadow light function, to enable cutting of plate.

The GSX guillotines come standard with a high speed servo-driven backgauge. The position accuracy of the backstop is 0.1mm. A swing away type backgauge enables cutting of sheets longer than the standard stroke length. (Optional)

All Haco guillotines delivered to Australia are equipped with the European Safety Specifications. To allow much easier and safer access to the rear of the guillotine and to prevent injury while cutting HACO uses a CE approved light guard system.

HACO GSX guillotines are made as of 3000mm x 6mm up to 12.000mm x 32mm.
