HSG fiber Laser G3015X, IPG 3kW laser source and head, with an automated sheet loader setup. Up to 2 tonne per pallet with one in-feed pallet and one out-feed pallet. Ideal for automation minimising manual loading and extending running with lights out.
The laser was bought new in May 2023 and has run very well since. The auto loader was added and was up and running as of January 2024. The whole system has run very well throughout, the only reason we're selling is due to a lack of room and an upgrade to an Amada Laser with even more automation.
The system was bought through Capital Laser, installed by their team and maintained by them since new. Please refer to Grex Cox, Alex Goodridge and their crew for more details. We would strongly suggest using them for commissioning and installation, as they know the machine inside and out. Reliability has been great and the machine and setup should have many years of good running left.
