Horizontal Flow-wrapping Machine and smart infeed conveying system
Full servo horizontal pillow-pack wrapper to obtain pillow-pack style packs with longitudinal fin seal and crimped ends from a flat reel of heat/cold sealable wrapping material. Sturdy construction with a carbon steel fabricated frame, cutting edge hardware, reliable and operator’s friendly control software.


- Main body in fabricated frame, three coats of epoxy paint, standard colour white RAL 9016.

- Infeed conveyor 2mtrs long, with interchangeable plastic pushers and supports, adjustable side guides.

- Product feeding sense from left to right (standard right version).

- Adjustable forming box to suit several product sizes.

3 separate sets of tiltable fin seal rollers, with sealed for life lubrication. Diameter of rollers: 110 mm. (Automatic opening of the sealing set and pre-heating available on request).

- Self-centring reel holder with brake to compensate diameter change. Max reel width 500mm.

- Discharge conveyor 1000mm. long.

- Photocell for print registration.

- Three (3) servo motors, electroniy controlled. A dedicated axis motion controller traces the position of each motor which separately drive the infeed conveyor, the fin seal rollers and the crimpers. The control panel includes a 6’’ touch screen HMI to visualise all the messages and the programming menu.
- Safety interlocks on back doors and guards.


The control box includes:

- Main switch.
- 3 electronic temperature controllers for fin-seal rollers, upper and lower crimper integrated into HMI.
- Inch/flow switch.
- Wrapping speed adjustment knob.
- No parts change is required for products changeover.
