Pre-Milling Device

Removes surface imperfections and squares the panel edge before glue application, creating the perfect bonding surface.

Pre-Melt & Gluing Unit

Applies hot-melt adhesive evenly for strong, durable bonding between edge tape and board surface.

Pressing Unit

Multi-roller pressure system firmly secures the edge tape to the panel, ensuring tight adhesion without gaps.

End Trimming

Automatically trims excess tape at the front and rear edges for a clean, flush finish.

Fine Trimming

High-speed trimming motors remove surplus tape along the top and bottom edges for sharp, precise results.

Corner Rounding

Creates smooth, rounded panel corners for enhanced finish quality and safer handling.

Scraping & Flat Scraping
