Blender
The electric blender has two five-meter-long hoppers, both conveyors fitted with belt scales and variable speed, the small hopper ratio is 10-200 TPH and the larger 100-400 TPH all controlled by a PLC control and recording system with the option of iPad control from the loader and there is a remote. The PLC / iPad can change clients, batch sizes, mix percentages and can be used to load trucks direct by setting the batch to the truck ID and total tonnes for the truck and multiple trailers, it will stop after each unit reaches the programmed tonnes and the operator restarts for the next truck or trailers. If one of the products runs out the plant will stop or there is the option of fitting sensors to both hoppers that will stop/start the plant automatically.
Comes with MC 1050-20W 20m Wheeled Conveyor.
Pugmill is diesel driven, Blender and Wheeled Conveyor require genset or mains power.
Pugmill is fitted with a cement hopper and requires a cement silo for CT.
