Jonsen SG1300 Key Features

- Exceptional build quality ready to process laser and plasma parts 1mm to 80mm
- First Stage / Abrasive belt grinding
- Second Stage / Disc brush deburring stations
- Rubber vacuum table for holding smaller, lightweight parts in place
- 60 x 60mm (approx) smallest part size the is processable
- 2-11m/min variably controller conveyor belt speed
- Wet-type dust collector to ensure safe processing of Al

** Abrasive Belt Station
- Contact and pinch rollers are covered with heat and oil resistant rubber
- SKF spherical bearings are used on the contact roller
- The tension roller oscillates to correct the deflection of the abrasive belt
- Automatic abrasive belt tracking

** Disc Brush Station
- Nine top brushes on the head, each with a 165mm diameter
- Discs oscillate up to 120times/min, which is adjustable by invester
- 7.5kW over powered drive motor
- 4-pillar synchronised jack system with manual fine adjustment of worktable
