This is Kalin’s heavy machine weight dressing, sawing and moulding machine.
Configured to requirements with various spindle styles or completely removable cutting units. These units remove from the machine complete with their bearings to get the best accuracy from the tool grinding machine. Section size is 450mm high to 1.5m wide. 0ver the last 25 years this model has been used in every segment of mass wood production.
A design that gives excellent access for cleaning.
There is a real chance of user serviceability with Kalin making parts that are robust and simple.
The operator’s controls are touch screen with tallying and sizing in an up to date package.
Kalin are a Swiss company with fabrication in Portugal. Their machines are 100% European parts.
This model is often incorporating floating side heads and saws.
