The Kangastop Pro is the flagship measuring stop from the Kangastop range.
Designed for advanced integration with upcut and beam saws, presses, and punches, it delivers substantial reductions in cutting time and material wastage (12–15%), while enhancing operator safety.
The Kangastop Pro model allows operators to perform other duties during the cutting sequence as it controls the cutting, clamping, and optimisation autonomously.
Equipped with a high-powered motor, a large PLC, and a 7-inch HMI, the Kangastop Pro can push materials up to 50 kg.
The integrated optimisation program enables entry of raw material lengths, produces a cut list and calculates the raw material needed and the most efficient cutting sequence.
The Kangastop Pro supports USB pre-loading of cutting lists (in development) and uses comprehensive automation to control Festo pneumatic valves for safety hood, infeed and outfeed clamp control, coolant delivery and side roller operation.
The lubrication module and label printer are fully integrated and the system operates with minimal operator intervention once the trim cut is confirmed.
The Kangastop Pro achieves ±0.1 mm accuracy and is backed by a 10-year warranty.
Constructed with industrial-grade electronics, steel-reinforced belts, and #304 stainless steel fixings, it requires only a 240 V, 15 amp supply and includes a Festo filter/regulator for air quality control.
Manufactured in Australia ensures prompt support and spare parts availability.
Available in a 3.0 mt, 4.0 mt, 4.5mt, 5.0mt, 6.0mt and 6.5mt travel
