Krone MAR 320 Disc Mower With Parking Stand

Krone ActiveMow mowers set the benchmark for lateral mowers, bringing the features of larger commercial mowers in a package suitable for smaller operators. The AM R Mower range features the same specifications as Krone's high-end mowers, including SmartCut cutterbars and massive headstocks.

SafeCut
In the event of a collision, the roll pin that connects each disc to the gear is sheared off. This raises the affected disc up on a thread and out of the way, preventing the disc from being lost. SafeCut prevents damaged discs from colliding with neighbouring discs, preventing spur gear damage. Roll pins can be easily and cheaply replaced in just a few minutes.

Quick Change Blades
Standard on all of Krone’s mowers. The Quick Change Blade system allows blades to be easily changed within seconds using a tool supplied by Krone in the field.

SmartCut
The SmartCut system ensures a clean cut by precisely overlapping the cutting discs as they rotate in both directions, resulting in stripe-less cuts. The blades turning to the rear are spaced further apart to promote smooth crop flow for large volumes. By spreading the material across the entire machine width instead of swathing it, a larger surface is exposed to the sun and wind, increasing wilting and uniformity.

Krone Cutterbar
Krone cutterbars feature lifetime oil filling thanks to the completely welded design that won't leak nor lose shape even after years of use. This eliminates the need for oil changes. Krone has developed satellite gears and spur gears, ensuring positive mesh, slow speed, quiet running and efficient power transmission across every disc for maximum longevity.

Mower Relief
ActiveMow mowers feature adjustable suspension springs that ensure optimal ground pressure and smooth mower bed glide. This mechanical system ensures the mower lifts up and is pushed back down without bounce, even in undulating fields.
