These two machines are a wonderful combination and have hardly been used. We took delivery in 2017 and in COVID lost our workshop. Since then the machines have essentially been in storage while we hoped to find a new workshop in our new location.
They have only ever been used for hobby work, are AS NEW and would suit a buyer looking for new equipment. I have not been able to find an affordable workshop and this is a reluctant sale.
The 12" Jointer is something else.
Very quiet to operate with ample power for any material.
The 84 knife helical spiral head cutter gives a superb finish straight off the table.
Accurate and easy to adjust to the required setting.
The unit is on wheels and is easy to move about the workshop. It also has slide out lifting rods for loading and moving.
The motor is 3 phase 5 HP/3.75kW. Table is 2250 mm long by 305 mm wide with a rebate function. Chip and dust extraction works a treat.
This Laguna 20" 4 Post Thicknesser is brilliant to use, giving a superb finish off the 138 knife helical spiral cutter head. It is also remarkably quiet.
The overtop rollers are great for materials handling and workflow
The unit is on wheels and is very easy to move about the workshop. It also has slide out lifting rods for loading and moving.
The 3.75 kW / 5 HP motor breezes through any job.

Both machines come with manuals, tools and spare knives for the helical heads.
$9000 for both but will sell separately. Collect Sutton just north of Canberra. I can load the machines.
