Refurbished Lincoln Ranger 305D
Scope of refurbishment includes:
Fully dismantle the machine, and remove all hardware/engine/generator from the base assembly.
Sandblasting of base assembly and repair where required. Sandblasting of external black panels.
Prime and powder coat of external black panels (Internal and external) or replacement with NEW where required.
New panel screws.
Inspection of engine mounts and replacement where required.
Remove the radiator, and send it away for refurbishment. (Pressure test, flush and paint)
Fully flush fuel tank.
Remove and check the fuel sender and replace where required.
MEG Check (Insulation test to 500V) Rotor and stator assembly.
Replacement of rotor bearing upon assembly.
New Brush Gear and clean slip rings.
All new decals including control panel, danger decals and canopy decals.
Inspection of weld rectifier and replacement where required.
Dismantle, clean and refit all chopper, choke and rectifier connections.
New 12V battery.
New Fan belt.
Engine fully serviced (Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter)
New Schneider 15A and 20A socket outlets and New RCD.
Load testing of weld output at 300A for 30 minutes.
100% functionally tested with a certificate provided.
3-month parts and labour warranty provided with the option of extended warranty
