This MINIPAN SYR multi lane low pressure extruder line has been supplied with return tray feeding using a “U” shaped tray loading conveyor.
The machine has a product guillotine with different types of blades that is also pitch adjustable for product length control.
A smooth and corrugated dough flattening roller is also built in.
A range of die sets for extrusion of different diameters of dough comes with this line.
Control cabinet fitted with A/C to assist with cooling of VSD and PLC devices. In line power surge protection also fitted.
Primarily used for the production of baked cereal bars, bites and flat cracker style products.
Unit is no longer required due to cessation of manufacturing operations.
System has been dissembled and currently in storage.
