MatCam 8000 Series 5-Axis CNC Router – 1000 mm Z, HSD HS300 Head
MatCam 8000 Series gantry-style 5-axis CNC router in excellent condition, only being sold as it’s now surplus to SLS’s future requirements. Built on the same heavy-duty platform as the MultiCam 8000 five-axis routers, it’s designed for high-speed machining of wood, plastics, non-ferrous metals and composite materials.

The machine is currently set up for complex timber mouldings, plug and mould manufacture and large 3D shapes, and would suit marine, patternmaking, composite, architectural and general fabrication work.

Italian HSD HS300 5-axis machining head with HSK F63 taper (see nameplate in photos) – compact rotary head ideal for 5-sided machining and deep cavities. HS300 heads provide approximately +100°/-40° A-axis tilt and ±220° C-axis rotation, giving excellent access for undercuts and complex geometry.
