The Miller Big Blue 800X Duo Air Pak is the most powerful diesel engine-driven welder in the industry. Designed for demanding, multi-operator use, it delivers up to 800 amps of welding output and 20,000 watts of continuous auxiliary power. This unit is ideal for mining, shutdowns, large-scale construction, and field service work.

Powered by a Deutz TD2011L04w turbocharged diesel engine, the 800X offers exceptional reliability and fuel efficiency. It features an integrated Ingersoll Rand rotary screw air compressor delivering 60 CFM at 100 PSI, 100 percent duty cycle.
Supports stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored, CAC-A gouging, and even plasma cutting with optional accessories. ArcReach technology allows weld settings to be adjusted at the wire feeder or stick/TIG remote without a control cable.
Includes auxiliary power outlets with 20kW continuous three-phase and 12kW single-phase output. Independent arc control allows two operators to weld simultaneously up to 400A each without arc interference.

Noise rating of 78.9 dB at 800A load (7 metres).
