Mortise and tenon (pendulum/double end) machine

Selling both the mortise and tenon machine together.

Machine recently bought from JC Walsh this year, and only used it for 3 months. We are only selling this because we are upgrading to a CNC machine. Both machines work perfectly fine with no issues at all, as any issues were dealt with upon purchase (I noticed something wasn't working right in the tenon machine, so it was sent back to get repaired - new brushes for tenon machine installed).




Tenon machine notes:

Tenon width : 0 - 100 mm
Tenon thickness : 4 - 30 mm
Max tenon depth/length : 6 - 80 mm

Table also has an adjustable fence for angles and swivels.

Cutter head comes with turn over knives, meaning if the blades are blunt, you can get 3 more uses out of a single blade.

2 bases/pendulum action allowing a production like set up - load one material to be machined, while you set up the next one, as the previous work piece is being completed.

Mortise thickness: depending on drill bits and cutters, comes with multiple sizes
Mortise depth: 80mm




*Machines requires both air compressor and 3 phase power to operate
*Comes with different drill bits for mortise machine
*Would need a forklift, sling and truck or Ute for transport
