The KANG ESR-5108 is a robust, motorised Plate Curving Roller, designed for precise sheet metal forming in workshops and fabrication environments. It offers a maximum rolling width of 1300mm and can handle up to 4.5mm thick mild steel across its full length, making it suitable for medium-duty applications such as creating cylinders, curves, ducts, and custom panels. The machine features three high-quality rollers with a diameter of 120mm and a minimum rolling diameter of 130mm, powered by a 2.2kW motor that delivers smooth rolling speeds of 9.3 RPM at 50Hz. It includes foot pedal operation for hands-free control, forward/reverse functionality, and a simple, user-friendly design with no need for complex setups.
