KANG Industrial Motorized Plate Curving Machine

The KANG ESR-9812E is a high-quality motorised plate curve rolling machine designed for professional sheet metal forming, ideal for creating cylinders, curves, tubes, and conical shapes. It features a bending length of 2500 mm and handles up to 2.5 mm thick mild steel across the full width. The plate roller is equipped with three 140 mm diameter hardened steel rolls, a minimum bending diameter of 160 mm, and a roll speed of 6.4 RPM.  Powered by a 3.0 kW main motor and a 0.75 kW motor for the back roll, it offers motorised adjustment of the back roll with digital readout for precise positioning.

Generous Rolling Width. 2050 mm roller length handles large sheets common in roofing, ductwork, and structural fabrication, allowing efficient production of long cylinders or panels without multiple passes.

Solid Capacity for Everyday Materials. Rolls up to 2.5 mm mild steel, suitable for stainless steel and aluminum, making it versatile for construction, HVAC, and custom metalwork in workshops.
