Kang Industrial PTN-30 Hole Saw Tube/Pipe Notcher

The PTN-30 Pipe & Tube Notcher is a bench-mounted, precision motorised notcher. It is designed for creating clean, accurate notches in mild steel pipes and tubes, making it ideal for fabrication tasks such as building roll cages, frames, handrails, or custom exhaust systems. The machine accommodates tube outer diameters (OD) from 12.7mm to 76.2mm and pipe sizes from 15NB to 40NB. Powered by a 0.55 kW, 240V single-phase motor with a right-angle gear reduction box, it operates at a consistent 186 RPM cutting speed to optimise performance, reduce heat buildup, and extend the life of bi-metal hole saw cutters (sold separately). The notcher features double guideways for smooth, vibration-free operation, ensuring high precision during cuts. A self-centring vice with double V-shaped jaws securely clamps workpieces, while a quick-action angle adjustment handle allows for notch angles from 0° to 90°.
