KANG Industrial ESR-5116 1.5x1300 mm motorised plate rolling machine


The KANG Sheet Roller ESR-5116 is an asymmetrical motorised sheet roller with a forward-swivelling upper roller (75mm Diameter) for quick workpiece removal. It features easy handwheel adjustments for the lower and rear rollers, plus a powerful drive motor (1.1 kW) for smooth, uniform rolling. Safety is enhanced with a separate foot pedal (including an emergency stop) and a safety rope that automatically stops the machine. The rollers are made of high-quality steel and include wire grooves for rolling rods or wires. A conical bending device is included as standard.
It excels at rolling mild steel sheets up to 1.5mm thick over a 1300mm width, making it ideal for fabricating cylinders, cones, tubes, ductwork, or curved panels.

User-Friendly Operation Slip Roller.& Forward-swivelling top roller and handwheel adjustments make loading and unloading fast and simple.

Motorised Efficiency. 1.1 kW Single-Phase motor with foot-pedal control (forward/reverse) allows hands-free rolling for higher productivity.

Versatile & Precise. Handles mild steel up to 1.5mm, wire grooves, and conical device expand capabilities. Handwheel for rear roller with simultaneous end adjustment for accurate, repeatable rolling.
