The KANG HER-6103 is a heavy-duty Hydraulic Initial Pinch Plate Curving Roller designed for professional sheet metal forming. It features a rolling length of 1550 mm and can handle up to 6.5 mm thick mild steel across its full width, making it suitable for thicker materials compared to lighter rollers. The machine has three 181 mm diameter rolls. All three rolls are hydraulically driven for powerful, smooth operation, with synchronous hydraulic adjustment for the pinch/side rolls. Powered by a 4.0 kW motor, it achieves a roll speed of 4.2 rpm and includes a digital readout for precise pinch roll positioning, a manual lower pinch roll adjusting wheel, foot pedal control with forward/reverse and up/down functions, and a single-side up/down button for cone bending. The top roll swivels out for easy workpiece removal, and the rigid construction ensures long-term reliability.
