New 4-10 ton (55 or 50 or 45mm Pin) Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Bucket Grapple Grab

New Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Grapple Grab Bucket suit 4-10 Ton machine.
The bucket moves as a normal bucket attached to your hitch or to your dipper arm. The Thumb moves Hydraulically.

Designed for Rock & Log work, but can also be used for demolition and general material handling, picking things up, moving them around and other careful placement tasks.

* Opening width: 1300mm.

* Required Oil Flow: 30-55 L/min.
* Working Pressure: 110-140 bar.


***** Headstock Dimensions:
* The Pin Diameter is 55mm but they are fitted into collar bosses that fit into 65mm diameter Pin holes (see pic# 10), so pins up to 65mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the headstock. This thumb bucket could easily be converted to suit a 45mm or 50mm Hitch by marking a texta line around the pins next to the collar bosses, then removing the pins and Lathe them down in the middle from 55mm to 45 or 50mm.
* The Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) is 275mm.
* The distance between the collar bosses is 195mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 220mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 243mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.


*** As a 55mm Pin Configuration (Current):

* Should fit: Hyundai R 80-7.

* Maybe fit: Gehl GE 803, Wacker Neuson 8003 / 9503 / 75z3 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).


*** As a 50mm Pin Configuration (Remove the pins, Lathe them down in the middle from 55mm to 50mm):
