New 4-9 ton (50mm / 45mm pin) Excavator Mechanical Quick Hitch Coupler

New Hong Wing Excavator Mechanical Quick Hitch Coupling to suit 4-9 Ton machines.

Want a quick hitch but don't have any spare auxiliary hydraulic lines for a hydraulic hitch? This hitch is identical to a hydraulic hitch setup except the rear bucket pin is held in place with a spring loaded pin hook (see pics# 2, 5-8, 10).

There is no need to pull either of the pins out of your buckets and try to line up the bucket holes with the hitch holes (like a half hitch requires). Instead you simply hook the hitch into your bucket's front pin just like a full hydraulic hitch, then use the lever pole supplied to open the rear hook, rock the hitch down to seat the rear pin in, then release the spring loaded hook over the rear pin.

There is a spring loaded locking pin to ensure the bucket stays in the hitch (see silver pin on pics# 3, 6-7, 9-10).

There is also 2 rear lifting eye hooks holes.

* Front Pin: 50mm.
* Rear Pin: 45mm.
* Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC): 240mm.
* Between the Ears (BTE) Front: 200mm Between the inside Ear Bosses...
* Between the Ears (BTE) Rear: 181mm Between the inside Ear Bosses...
* ...(Both these inside bosses can be shaved back up to 211mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your excavator's dipper arm to fit in).

*** Lower Hitch: (where the hitch goes into the Bucket):
* Front Pin: 50mm.
* Rear Pin: 45mm.
* Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC): 264mm.
* Between The Ears (BTE): 203mm but there are extra 'C' shaped spacer plates welded on (see pics# 1, 3-4, 6-10) to fill the gap on buckets with a wider BTE. These could be cut off to bring the lower hitch width down to 181mm if you need it narrower to fit into tighter buckets.
