New 5-11 ton (50, 45, 55 or 60mm pin) Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Bucket Grapple Grab

New Jea Wen JW05B Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Grapple Grab Bucket suit 5-11 Ton machine. The bucket moves as a normal bucket attached to your hitch or to your dipper arm. The Thumb moves Hydraulically.

Designed for Rock & Log work, but can also be used for demolition and general material handling, picking things up, moving them around etc.

Required Oil Flow: 30-55 L/min.
Working Pressure: 110-140 bar.

Opening Width: 1300mm.

Currently setup for 50mm pins but could easily be configured for 45mm by Lathing the pins in the middle, or to 55mm or 60mm pins by boring out the holes in the removable collars (see pic #10) and inserting bigger pins.


*** Headstock Dimensions:
* The Pin Diameter is 50mm but they are fitted into collar bosses that fit into 65mm diameter Pin holes (see pic# 10), so pins up to 65mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the bucket's headstock.
* The Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) is 305mm.
* The distance between the collar bosses is 199mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 221mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 244mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.
