New 9-22 ton (60, 65 or 70mm pin) Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Bucket Grapple Grab

New Jea Wen JW06B Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Grapple Grab Bucket suit 9-22 Ton machine. The bucket moves as a normal bucket attached to your hitch or to your dipper arm. The Thumb moves Hydraulically.

Designed for Rock & Log work, but can also be used for demolition and general material handling, picking things up, moving them around etc.

Required Oil Flow: 90-110 L/min.
Working Pressure: 150-170 bar.

Opening Width: 1500mm.

Currently setup for 60mm pins but could easily be configured for 65mm or 70mm pins by boring out the holes in the removable collars (see pic #10) and inserting bigger pins.


*** Headstock Dimensions:
* The Pin Diameter is 60mm but they are fitted into collar bosses that fit into 90mm diameter Pin holes (see pic# 10), so pins up to 90mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the bucket's headstock.
* The Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) is 374mm.
* The distance between the collar bosses is 260mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 290mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 316mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.
