New Jisan 15-32 ton (80mm Pin) Excavator Rotating Hydraulic Sorting Grapple Grab

New Jisan Heavy Industry Ltd JSG2100 Excavator Rotating Hydraulic Sorting & Demolition Grapple Grab suit 15-32 Ton machine.

Ideally designed for Trash, Sorting & Demolition work, but can also be used for Log & Forestry, Rock and general material handling, picking things up, moving them around and other careful placement tasks.
Great for landscapers to position rocks and sandstone blocks when building retaining walls etc. and moving logs around in forestry.

* Full 360 degrees continuous rotation.
* Built from Hardox steel.
* Opening Width: 2200mm.
* Fully protected cylinder with belly plate underneath.
* Every pin greaseable with protected grease nipples designed for a long life.
* High clamping force with oversized piston allows secure gripping of any load.
* Has removable Bolt-On Blade edges.

Driving Pressure: 320 bar (4641 PSI).
Driving Flow: 200-250 L/min.

Comes with the Steel Skid & Hydraulic Hoses pictured.

Currently setup for 80mm pins but could easily be configured for 90mm by boring out the holes in the removable collars (see pic #10) and inserting bigger pins.


*** Current Headstock Dimensions:

* The Pin Diameter is 80mm but they are fitted into collar bosses (see pic# 10) that fit into 110mm diameter Pin holes, so pins up to 110mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the grabs's headstock.
* The Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) is 445mm.
* The distance between the collar bosses is 310mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 361mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 381mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.
