ROBUST BLADE GROUP
The CU300 Classic has a large blade group with scoring as standard. Easily mount a 315mm blade with scoring saw as well! The main blade and scoring blade raise and lower independently of each other. The CU300 Classic Slider has hardened steel guideways with ball bearings for a smooth action, the same design on our larger professional equipment!

HEAVY RIP FENCE KNUCKLE
The CU300 Classic incorporates a heavy cast knuckle, to which the extruded aluminium rip fence is attached. This knuckle features a cam locking device, and micro-metric adjustment! Please note that this machine has separate professional ripping and jointer fences.

SCORING
The CU300 Classic comes standard with scoring. This allows you to not only accurately cut panels, but you can cleanly cut them too. This is important when cutting particle board, melamine, laminated panels, or anything else to which you want to apply some type of edgebanding. If you are cutting solid wood, simply drop it below the table surface independently of the main blade. A 315mm main blade capacity is featured without having to remove the scoring blade. The scoring is belt-driven from the main motor. All scoring adjustments are externally made, no tools needed.

SEPARATE MITRE GAUGE (Opt)
The CU300 Classic comes with a separate mitre gauge. This way, for mitre cuts, the operator can keep the main crosscut fence at 90° and use the separate mitre gauge to do the angled cuts, saving time panels.

HEAVY OUTRIGGER SUPPORT
The CU300 Classic comes with a heavy outrigger which mounts to the sliding table for processing large pieces. It attaches to a telescoping support arm. The outrigger is easily removed to free up space, and the support arm folds into the machine.
Two flip stops come standard, along with a telescoping crosscut fence. You can easily use the scale on the outrigger for larger mitre cuts, and the fence will go right back into the same position, so it is accurate and repeatable.

SHAPER
The CU300 Classic comes with a 3-speed shaper as standard equipment. The interchangeable spindle is ready for spindles of different sizes. A router spindle can be supplied as an option. You can easily use the Shaper in conjunction with the slider for a more versatile machine.

SHAPER HOOD
The CU300 Classic comes with a separate hood for the shaper. This feature easily dismounts to use the sliding table saw. This features micrometric adjustments to the infeed and outfeed fences.
300mm JOINTER AND PLANER
The CU300 Classic comes with 300mm jointer and 300mm thicknesser. The machine has a quick changeover, due to the duel dust hood design you don’t have to drop the planer table all the way down to switch to a Jointer and vice versa! The machine comes with a 3 knife Tersa head and the tables pivot on a large hinge (below) which will never go out on you. The machine is repeatable so that it goes back into the exact same position each time. The tables consist of cast-iron with a very thick ribbing.

JOINTER HINGE
The CU300 Classic has a large hinge mechanism consisting of steel and Cast-iron to make the machine completely repeatable when changing back and forth between operations.

JOINTER TABLES
The CU300 Classic jointer tables open up away from the operator, and they open together making planing operations much easier. Notice the rip fence is attached to the jointer table so that it does not disrupt the flow of material through the planer. Also seen here is the thick cast-iron ribbing underneath the table for maximum rigidity over time.

MOBILITY KIT
The CU300 Classic comes standard with a mobility kit so that you can easily maneuver it in tight spaces. As heavy as it is, it is quite nimble. Also, the wheels retract into the machine so that the equipment is not resting on the wheels when in use or sitting idle.

JOINTER FENCE
The CU300 Classic comes standard with a separate
jointer fence which mounts to a cast-iron knuckle, and tilts to 45 degrees!
