Nova TF100 Spindle Moulder

Easy-to-use, productivity and efficiency, flexibility are the main advantages of the nova tf 100. The operator easily adjusts all movements due to a hand wheel with mechanical decimal readouts located on the front of the machine. The spindle moulder fence with mechanical programming guarantees maximum set-up speed and ease-of-use. No more test runs due to digital readouts that ensure accuracy to a tenth of a millimetre in positioning the two worktables.

-The 4 standard speeds of the shaper are ideal for any type of machining, from shaping to routing, with the possibility to fit tools up to 250 mm (9.81”) of diameter
-The side handles make it easy to remove and reposition the spindle moulder fence from the worktable
-Aluminium tables instead of wooden tables for fence with connecting bars between the two tables
-Electric speed display dial
-Reverse spindle rotation with electrical interlocking for reverse operation

Additional Information

Maximum stability and rigidity in all working conditions,
thanks to a large spindle moulder column made entirely of cast iron. The shaper spindle is surrounded by a cast iron “cup” to protect the internal mechanical components from shavings and sawdust
