The Intec G2 1033 Waterjet is one of our largest standard gantry cutting system able to deliver maximum efficiency capabilities along with a wider and longer cutting envelope.
This system sizing is now increasing in demand as material dimensions increase and the need for greater efficiency in cutting is required. Designed for, but not limited to, high volume or intense material processing within unrestrictive space environments

REMOTE CONTROL PENDANT
Allows manual navigation along the cutting path, enabling precise re-starts and accurate location of pre-cut parts after stoppages.

BREAK AWAY HEAD
Detects collisions with clamps, fixtures, or workpieces, stopping the machine automatically to prevent damage. Precision tolerance and design allow for crash recovery and return to the exact previous position.

VARIABLE ABRASIVE FEEDER
Controlled abrasive supply ensures accurate, automatic measurement and adjustment by the software, preventing blockages. This feature is particularly useful for low-pressure piercing applications.

TECH SENSE
Controls and sets abrasive flow parameters, detecting venturi vacuum measurements. If a fault is detected, the machine pauses and notifies the operator for resolution.

SERVO Z AXIS
Programmable Z axis with auto height position recall, fully automated through built-in software.

ABRASIVE PUMP AND HOPPER
Features a hinged lid at waist height for easy access and inspection, a clear pump chamber for visual monitoring, and a system that doesn't require depressurization, minimizing downtime.
