OMGA TR2 Series double mitre saws

From one of Italy's finest producers of Mitre saws the OMGA TR2 Range
Double Mitre Saw fitted with one fixed head on the right and one movable head on the right with manual traverse.
The movable head rides on precision ball bushing for the smoothness of movement. Positive stops for all the main angles are standard on both heads. The operator can select between three automatic working cycles: 1) Simultaneous cycling of both heads, 2)Alternate cycle allowing the machine to cut very short pieces at 45 degrees, 3) Single head cycling. Standard pneumatic vertical and horizontal (CE Version) clamps on each head guarantee stability to the workpiece. The system can be supplied with various cutting lengths and brackets for short pieces. Version for aluminum cutting is also available with air over oil descent of the heads, and spray mist for saw blade lubrication.

• Self-centering locking on angle positions 90° - 45° R.H.S and 45° L.H.S.Manual locking on intermediate angle.
• Fixed left head. Positioning of the right head by hand wheel and reading of position on ruler.

• Automatic positioning through Numerical Control (1): 7” Touch Screen Display.
