The Platformer system works alongside the Mondini Trave tray sealer to form trays from roll?fed PET or PET/PE films, then seal them inline. You can switch between forming trays on-demand or using pre?made trays at any moment—giving you true production flexibility.

### How It Works
1. Film feed & heating - A jumbo reel feeds film (350–700?µm) into a heating drum that evenly distributes temperature across the material.
2. Cutting & forming - A precision male/female die cuts the tray and vacuum/pressure forming defines the shape and seal flange lip—creating trays with smooth edges and premium rigidity. Waste is minimal (around 1–2?%).
3. Tray stacking - Automatically stacked via A\&B de?stack technology, trays move into the Trave sealer for filling and sealing.
4. Sealing integration - The Trave sealer works in sync with the Platformer, so your line runs continuously: forming, filling and sealing without interruptions or manual handling.
