The Pacific 330L Vacuum Bowl Cutter is a high quality bowl cutter suitable for a wide range of applications in the small goods, butchery, nuts (such as peanuts, cashews etc) and fruit and vegetable industries, fitted with a powerful 106kw motor and capable of processing up to 260kg of meat per batch, it is also fitted with an integrated unloader ensuring ease of operation. This machine has 4 knife speeds and 2 bowl speeds and is fitted with German steel blades. It is very well designed and built, featuring over sized bearings on the main shafts that are precision machined to ensure smooth operation and a fully cast stainless steel bowl which also features an anti-overflow pan edge design.
Suitable for a wide variety of products from sausage, kranskys & hot dog emulsions, chorizo & salami, ground beef, pork or chicken, fresh sausage, summer sausage, liver pate, through to processed cheese, dried fruits, nut meal & butter and can also be used for salad mixes.
Sharp, curved high velocity knives are designed to chop rather than crush the product under pressure.
