The PACIFIC 400mm flattening machine is ideal for processing large quantities of chicken, fish or meat, resulting in a consistent and well presented product which reduces your cooking, frying and overall processing times. Perfect for chicken, beef & pork schnitzels. This machine features an advanced and very easy to use digital HMI interface allowing you to program in machine thicknesses to accurately and quickly change the thickness of the machine between batches. Cleaning is made easy with a tilting top belt ensuring thorough cleaning of the top and bottom belts. Also available in a 600mm wide belt model.
