The PACIFIC 600mm Preduster is designed for pre-coating (flour dusting) the product to assist with the application of batter in the battering process. The preduster features an integrated air flow system which recycles any airborne dust in the machine, whilst also blowing clean air onto the product to remove any excess. This greatly limits the amount of wastage introduced into the next process.
