The PACIFIC Schnitzel Flattener & Tenderizer is a compact and efficient machine for rolling and flattening chicken & other proteins such as veal, pork and lamb, into steaks and schnitzels. With a roller width of 290mm it is suitable for most butcher shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other smaller food production settings. Made from 304 stainless steel and food grade plastic, it is easy to use and features a hygienic design that makes cleaning and maintenance easy.
