The Packserv PFM-3 is a single head semi-automatic liquid, cream and paste filling machine that is both user-friendly and versatile.
It has been designed for use as a heavy duty, all pneumatic semi-automatic bench top filling machine which offers reliability and ease of use and tool-free cleaning and parts change-over.

Our PFM-3 single head filler features a robust and reliable design setting the industry standard in the market for semi-automatic benchtop fillers.
The valve system of the PFM-3 handles all types of products from thin liquids to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling; a special valve is also available for hot fill applications (i.e. >65°C). This filling machine will even package products with suspended solids; a task that previously required two different types of filling machine or expensive change parts.

This machine features adjustable fill and recharge speeds as well as a safety-interlock feature ensuring operator safety during operation. The volume stroke-adjustment integrated into the machine design means a variety of fill volumes can be achieved with a single product cylinder and this can be altered during production within seconds.
